I have frequent problems with my OST in Outlook 2013 staying sycned with my online Outlook.com account using EAS. Sooner or later the folders don't match up. The most recent event was in sent items. I responded to an email via Outlook 2013 on my Windows 7 desktop and later when I wanted to review my response in my Sent Items folder, it wasn't there. However, I could view my Outlook.com account via my web browser and the reply message was in the Sent Items folder there.

 

In the past I've deleted and re-created my Outlook.com account in Outlook 2013 and things have synced back up and usually stay that way...at least for awhile. Today I recreated my account, but now that it's fully synched I see my Sent Items folders don't match in the number of items.

 

Are there issues with EAS and Outlook.com? Other considerations? I really need this functionality to work, so I can work effectively!!!
