I've been having this issue for the last two weeks. The emails people send my company get automatically forwarded to our Outlook.com address, and there have been many, many emails that have not come through. They are not going to the JUNK folder, they just never come through. These are all coming from different people, using different email services, so adding them to the 'safe sender' list would take one heck of a psychic.
