I am a buisness user and as such a swift response to this post would be most welcome.
I am trying to access the multi-volume license portal for a customer in order to install a previous version of outlook.
I accessed the account at around 15:00 today successfully, but after trying to sign into the account on the customers computer I was told that the account does not exist.

I have recieved this email as confirmation that this account does indeed exist;
