Issue with Windows Live Mail 2011

Our Windows live mail has stopped sending and receiving. The error codes are-

Server error 3219

Windows Live Mail Error  ID:Ox8DEOOO5

Could you please advise how to fix.

The Windows Live Mail accunt on Outlook.com is working ok
