Dear users, there are many files in my laptop including pdf, ms word, videos, audios etc are turned into green light and i am unable to open those files. This may be is the issue of Decryption of data. I think that data is encrypted but it is unable to decrypt- it says "You need to permission to decrypt". I have put all users permission but it is still encrypted. So need help friends
