A few years ago I created my first email account and set the recovery account to my school email log-in at the time. I use this account for various important things however I do not moderate it as it mostly receives spam. However I recently tried to access it and was prompted to reset my password, I tried to access it again today and it is rejecting all passwords that I have used with it. I can't remember the answer to the security question as it was long ago that I created it and the recovery email account has been deleted as I left school a long time ago.

There is the alternative option to fill out a form to reset the password however as I don't use the email account to send things from, it is rejecting the information I put in and says that it is too minimal when I have no more information that I can put in. I have been unable to find any other method to access the account however I need access to the account.

How else can I go about accessing the account as I have been unable to find a support email for Microsoft.
