Is this a spam?

I have currently received emails from Anuthep Senachaisi​t, CPOC-DPO (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) saying that
Your mailbox is almost full.

Your Mailbox Has Exceeded It Storage Limit As Set By Your Administrator, And You MAY Not Be Able To Receive New Mails Until You Re-Validate your email account. To Re-Validate - > Click Here then fill in your email account login and clike submit.
