Recently one of my colleague's machine is like full of space.

She has 16 mailboxes in her outlook, size like 125GB approximately while her hard disk is a 250GB one.

I think that cached exchange mode may help her, so she only synced part of the mails and can search the others when she needs.

I wonder where I can find this function in the Outlook for Mac.
