Is there anywhere to lodge a complaint about the new "upgraded" hotmail? I am extremely displeased with aspects of the new Outlook.com - but I have not been able to find anywhere to make comments to anyone who can do anything about it? I have spent over
2 hours today trying to find somewhere to make comments to "outlook.com" (or whoever is in charge of the website - but I can't find anything. I waited for over 30 minutes waiting to chat with a microsoft customer service representative. I asked where can I
lodge a complaint and make suggestion of issues that need to be address. I was pointed back to where I had started.
Has anyone figured out how to get comments to "the people that be". (Aka - someone who can actually do something about the problems - versus just being directed to where to ask 'how to' questions. I don't have a 'how to' question. I have a %$#@ing complaint
to lodge. Has anyone figured a way out of this circle of frustration?
