Is there anyway of Windows Live Mail 2012 to pull all messages from all mail folders from within my Windows Live Hotmail in one sync each time I open the program? Also is it possible to download all messages to C:Users<username>AppDataWindows Live Mail including the mail folders like with Outlook? Your help would be much appreciated.

P.S. Which mail protocols does Windows Live Mail 2012 currently support? Also which one does it use by default?
