I've managed to lose the details to my GFWL account when reformatting my hard drive, and am no longer able to access the games I have under that account. I've contacted support via phone, and I was told that they couldn't access my account details unless I provided them with an email address or phone number associated with the account. I have neither of these. I do have other proof, though, that the account is mine, including the CD keys for all of the games I have registered on the account. Is there any way I can apply this information towards retrieving my account, or have I exhausted all my options?
