I get a lot of spam from that country (and all its domains) and it would be great to shut that out entirely. I already have 500 rules against various Sender Name combinations and some of the rest that's coming through is from *@*.me. I'm almost surprised that Hotmail doesn't just have an overarching rule refusing that domain (unless a user opts-in for it) since I can't imagine there's much legitimate mail from there.
