I have used the online retrieval however, I cannot provide enough details such as postcode and subject details of recently sent emails. This is mainly because I've had the account over 15 years and have no idea of the address I lived at when setting up. I do not have an Xbox online account or know the addresses of the people I have sent mail to.

I have recently booked flights and accommodation in Kopenhagen as well emails relating to a recently purchased health & safety course. I can provide names of people I have sent mail to but this doesn't help the automated system.

Is there a real person who can access my account and confirm certain details?
