My Windows Live Mail is being bombarded with error alert code:800ccc0F;  Server has disconnected

I have Windows 7,  WLM 2012. Modem and wireless settings have been checked and declared correct. Today I performed a "repair"  in  "programs:  all Windows Essentials.  Mail dropped out before the repair finished!

When I had the same problem with Comcast using POP3,  I had to start a new account in WLM as I could not edit the original from POP to IMAP.  Now I receive this error notification extremely frequently! I have tried repairing but find no recent information,  yet the problem continues!
