I have an old email account I need to reactivate. It has not been used for > 2 years perhaps more.
A service still emails this defunct account, hence the need to resurrect the account.
I understand that all the data associated with account will be deleted, but I just want it opened to receive new emails from the existing service.
(I have also being trying to get the service to change the defunct email address, been trying for 2 week !!)
I have searched through the forms but unable to see anyone with a solution.
I attempted to re-register an account to the old email account, but its catch 22...I have to access the email account for Verification !!!
I raised a support ticket that didn't solve anything.
Is it Possible to get the account back ? by reactivating/recreating ?
