Is it possible to back up (export) Windows Live Mail 2012 User Accounts ?

Hello Is it possible to back up (export) Windows Live Mail 2012 User Accounts including the passwords for all accounts and then import them back (through Windows Live Mail 2012) in when reinstalling Windows Live Mail 2012 ?
