I received an email, looks like from Microsoft(*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).

It asked me to re-confirm I am still using hotmail. Or my account will be closed. But I doubt it. Because I am using hotmail everyday. Also, I opened the account in US in English. But this email is in Chinese. So I ignore it. Am I right?
