I signed for a 2nd email account which I have never used. It's a "hotmail" acct. Tried to use it today since it has no personal info in it; however, seems not active ??? How to access it? Do I need to start over with a new name? If so, how?
I really want to use the one I signed up for a couple of years ago...any help is appreciated since I find no phone numbers to call and I'm really not "educated" in all the fun questions the site throws at me...HELP!
