Hi, I use Office for Mac 2011 Version 14.6.4 on a 27inch iMac 3.1GHz i5 (mid 2111) with 16GB ram. My mail setup is IMAP.

I have a problem that is really frustrating me, my Junk E-mail folder indicates that I have 1 item in the folder, when I try to delete the junk mail item it does not delete, open the folder and it's empty but it's still indicating 1 item, how do I get rid of this invisible item so that it registers that the folder is empty.

Please help before I go insane..
