Invalid Email Address 5.5.4 - Error Code 17099

Everytime I try to log into Outlook using the 'Office' icon on my MAC PC, I am unable to.  I am consistently receiving '5.5.4 Invalid Email address/Error Code 17099', and it tells me that mail could not be sent.  IF I log into my Outlook email account via MSN.com, I have no problems.  

Also, why do the 2 Outlooks not sync?  I have created 2 group distribution email lists under the Outlook/Office icon on my MAC PC, however, they are not listed in my Outlook account thru MSN.com.  My mail syncs w/both Outlooks, however, my group lists and contacts do not.

One last issue, why can I not reach any technical support.  It keeps telling me that the page is no longer available, and there is not even a telephone number or email to contact for help.

Totally frustrated.
