I think I deleted something from Intel!!     This is on a Dell Tablet running windows 8.1.   I can't connect to a network (I could before )  and when I click on the camera icon it says "to get started, connect a camera." Prior to me uninstalling whatever I did, I was taking pictures.  I can now view those photos in camera roll.

What did I do and what can I do?
