I have been locked out of my account, and I was told to fill in the form, which they then emailed back to tell me that I had provided insufficient information to unlock my account. I have filled in this form many times and I am still unable to access the email which is linked to my Xbox and Facebook accounts which I cannot access anymore, this email also has important emails which I now need to access. I made this email account years ago and I cannot remember what I put into the fields. Can anyone help me unlock me account as I really need to gain access to it?
