How do I determine which Internet Security Programs I have installed on my Computer which must be uninstalled before I can install MSE ?

I have the following programs installed on my Windows 7 Studio Operating system:

My Turbo PC by MyTurboPC.com (just installed but NOT registered)

Norton Security Suite by Symantec Corporation (out of date and expired)

Windows Live Essentials

Windows Live Sync

Not sure if there are any other internet security programs on the list of programs in my control panel but none of those named appear to be security programs.

Any help would be appreciated as it appears one of my email address books has been hacked and I need to do a full scan before changing passwords.
