My computer is stuck because I do not know the password for Outlook.  It was an account I set up solely because  needed to to install MS Office when I first bought my computer. MS support is asking for verification of my account and asking for all sorts of details about the account that I simply don't have as I never used it.  Now they are saying they can't help me because I can't provide enough information.  Please any help would be appreciated.
