Installed instruction disk to transfer photos from camera to comp. Says cookies are off. Checked Microsoft Internet, said cookies are removed. Please help.

I can not seem to find cookies anywhere. I did get some photos installed but does not seem to work now. Comp recognizes camera. Hit import just flips to desk window only.
