While trying to install Photo Gallery and Movie Maker I am receiving Error Code: 0x80040609 Source: wllogin-i386

I have not been able to find a solution in this forum yet on this error code or what the error code means.

I have tried the DirectX solution from a question from another user; DirectX installed/updated fine with no issues.

I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

Please help, thank you!!
