I have read every post on here about this and got zero answers.

Tried troubleshooting with the silly not receiving friends and family post, which clearly would never apply to the reason a computer generated email would not come through from a business that could be blocked on Hotmail's end.  However, I still need to access my instagram, so with that said.

I have tried many times to reset my password, and it wont come through.  I have checked all filters, nada.  I have reset an instagram password through gmail 5 minutes ago and it comes through within 3 seconds, so not on instagrams way.  Before you tell me to contact instagram, that is not possible from their website.  Before you tell me instagram, must contact Hotmail to fix it, I really can't believe after this question being posed as many times as it has Microsoft hasn't worked something out with Instagram.  I have read on other posts that, there e-mail suddenly came through without them changing anything. So whatever was done for those accounts, please do the same with me.

I just want this fix and am losing confidence in Microsoft and Hotmail everyday it is not fixed.  As I said, worked no problem through g-mail.  Maybe that is where I went wrong, please dazzle me and make me regret that statement.
