Information! Sent Box Folder cannot be opened. Possibly due to lack of space

This message comes up only with the Sent box and none of my Sent messages are displayed. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Essentials 11 or 12 makes no difference. How do I get a clean installation? I have space aplenty!
