I downloaded The mail program and installed it under userid #1. When I try to run it from the start menu it only lists the name"Windows Live Mail" with no sub menu. If I click on it nothing happens. If I then switch to userid #2 and try to run it from the start menu it works fine. I am running windows 7 home premium with service pack 1
