I have been logged out of my email account due to privacy issues and have submitted multiple account recovery request forms in an attempt to get it back. They failed, and so I contacted the live support (4 times in total, as none of them gave me a solution. Amongst them are Sarah & Paige). One of them directed me to another form, which i filled up and I got this reply via my alternative email account:

We have responded to your support request. Go to the Microsoft Support site to view our response and follow up on your request.

I am unable to access the link. It says: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** is not allowed to view this incident

So I filled in the form again, stating clearly that I cannot access the link. I said NOT to send me the link as I cant see their response, but to my disbelief, I received the link again. and again. The IDs are as follows:
  • SRX1212641873ID - Service Request Update 1212641873‏

      • SRX1212781696ID - Service Request Update 1212781696‏

        It left me feeling extremely frustrated as I kept repeating myself not to send me the link but the same automated response was given each time. Its as though Microsoft's staff is so inflexible and lacks the ability to understand where the customer is coming from. I even called the Singapore office to ask them for help but the staff, Sabrina, told me that she can only escalate it up by submitting ANOTHER FORM. 

        I was also told that there is no phone support. Unbelievable. So what am I supposed to do now? Form doesnt work, live chat doesnt work, phone call doesnt work. I need to get my email account back urgently! Microsoft is so frustrating.
