Inbox active: No (While “Your service is Active.”)

My domain is "wonderfulww.com".

After I configure "wonderfulww.com" link to Windows Live Admin Center, Now it show "Your service is Active."

I have been created several accounts.

When some account it will show pop-up that force me to choose "Import" or "Evict". So I select "Import".

Now I got permission to set account's password in domain wonderfulww.com already.

I have set new password for user that have login problem , but users can't log-in with the new password.

After I checked in "Admin Center" > "Member accounts" I found accounts those have problem, they have "Inbox active: No"

How can I fix this issue ?
