We created a "live.com.au" account more than a year ago and it has since become inactive, I'm assuming due to inactivity. When I try and login the message states:

"That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address."

That's fine and all, however when I try and create a new account I get the message that the same email address isn't available:

"xxxxxx isn't available."

I need the same email address for business purposes so please tell me how to reactivate it.

I also can't find the secure eform that is mentioned in some of these topics.
