Original Title: Windows Live Mail and On-line Favorites

Recently updated to Windows 10.  Having two problems:

1) In Windows Live Mail when I retain received messages in the In Box they are often sent to trash (sometimes they just disappear) when new messages come in. 

2) Under Favorites (on line) I don't find any way to sort the list of Favorites into alphabetical order.  New ones just add on at the bottom.
