comes up when you try to send an email with an attachment.  I have removed avast and installed AVG, cleaned the system, ran the Live essentials repair, and I'm still receiving emails with no problem.  Have also made sure AVG is not checking emails on outgoing emails.  This is an office and nobody else is having this problem.

Suggestions?
