In my gmail account I saved an email on my desktop on April 30,2018 and I cannot locate this gmail so I can listen to the video.

In my gmail account I saved an email to my desktop on April 30, 2018 so I can listen to it later and now I tried to find it and don't know where to find it.  Can you tell me where I need to go to locate it?
