In checking for receiving messages, I receive the message POP3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Stop or wait. I frequently get the message that there is a time out on the server.

In checking for receiving messages, I almost always receive the message POP3 server has not responded in 60 seconds. Stop or wait. Error message 0x800CCC19.
