I woke up this morning to discover that all custom folders disappeared from Windows Live.  Only the default folders were there and all were empty.

I did manage to locate the missing folders with email content at the following location on my hard drive:

C:UsersOffice2AppDataLocalMicrosoftWindows Live MailStorage Folders (1)Recovered items

I presume that in order to recover those folders inside of Windows Live Mail, I need to import the folders & email messages using the import function.

So I  went to Windows Live Mail Import Wizard, selected Windows Live Mail from the list, clicked next, and then tried to browse to the location mentioned above.

I only was allowed to browse as far as: C:UsersOffice2

There is no AppData folder in the Office2 folder so I am genuinely stuck.  What to do?

Thank you very much!

P.S. I am using Windows 7 64-bit with Windows Live Mail 2012 Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3528.0331)
