Hi

running windows 8.1 on 2 separate laptops with an iPhone 6 and iphone 5. When trying to import photos and video from iPhones photo gallery says there is a problem and restarts the import process. This appears to happen when it comes to a video file, but not all video files. 

Any by help would be appreciated
