Okay so whenever I plug my iPhone into my Windows 8.1 Laptop, only 62 out of 943 pop up. I just got a new phone and I have to get rid of my old phone tomorrow so I want to save all my pictures into my laptop. And one of my videos did pop up , and when it imported it only played audio and didn't show any actual footage. It was just a blank grey screen playing audio. So I have 2 problems here. 1. is that all my photos & videos aren't popping up when attempting to import them, and 2. is that when my videos do get imported, they only play audio and do not show footage. Please help!!!
