I have removed the hard-drive from my old PC and copied across the Outlook Express email folder to the desk top of my new PC running Windows Live Mail on Windows 8.1. I have tried importing the emails for OE to WLM which appears to happen with no error messages or similar but when I go to the Imported folder it is empty. I have checked the properties on the  OE folders and they have volume. As far as I can tell all of the permissions are OK. Any ideas what is wrong?
