When clicking "Import all new photos," only photos (311) from one folder on my phone successfully imported onto my laptop. I have 3 other folders/albums of photos in the Gallery section of my phone I'd like imported. When I clicked "Import all new photos" a second time after going to the Home page, the same photos that had successfully imported were imported again, instead of the remaining photos from the additional albums/folders, even when I had a different album opened on my phone. Secondly, the videos that are saved on my phone in the same folder where the 311 photos had transferred from also did not transfer to Windows. Any suggestions appreciated!
