I seem to have issues exporting all of my POP/IMAP (Gmail/Outlook) from Windows Live Mail 2012. I've gone through with the export process several times before but now it does not work. It takes only a second to complete creating some .fol files. Usually it take over a half and hour to complete exporting over 4GB of messages from multiple email accounts.

So my question is simply I found the directory where Live Mail keeps all email messages for each of the accounts which is here

C:UsersSTD-USERAppDataLocalMicrosoftWindows Live Mail

It seems that Live Mail 2012 creates directories for every custom folder created on Outlook.com or on Gmail. In these folders are eml messages.

Can I use the these folders and .eml files as a means of importing back into Live Mail 2012 in the future ?
