I bought a new laptop with windows 10 to replace my old desktop with windows 7. I would like to transfer my emails over to the new computer and can't seem to find a way to do it. I did export the emails out of windows live mail 2011 and transferred the folder to the new computer. The funny thing is that I can open up the folder and open an email with windows mail but I can't import them into windows mail. Because the emails are just in a folder I can't tell who they are from or what date they were sent. Can someone please help me with this?
