I just completed a clean install of Win 10 and I love it !!  I downloaded Live Mail and it works fine except for one thing.  Before the Win10 install, I backed up my contacts in live mail.  I had 274 contacts in the .csv file.  When I imported the .csv file I only had 83 contacts in Live Mail.  I imported the file again and the 83 contacts were added to the original 83 as duplicates.  Any idea how to get the contacts into Live Mail. ?
