We had a recent problem with SkyDrive storage that unfortunately affected some of your files:
- Some files were duplicated.
- Any files and folders you shared are no longer shared and you'll need to share them again.
- Some files were permanently deleted from your recycle bin and some tags and comments were removed from photos.
If you use SkyDrive on a PC running Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1, your SkyDrive might have stopped syncing. To get help fixing this problem, please post a question on the SkyDrive forum to contact support. Make sure to include the subject line from this email.
