I am trying to convert from Windows Live email to Windows 10 Mail.  The Mail app is working fine, but I cannot figure out how to move my contacts from Windows Live to Windows 10 People.  I have exported a CSV file from my Windows Live contacts, but I can't figure out how to get it into the People app.  Can anybody help me out with the steps to complete this task?  Thanks.
