I do have windows live mail; the store transferred my "contacts" data to an excel spread sheet. Is there any way to transfer this list to my windows live contact list, or do I have to input all by hand?

Problem #2

My windows live mail screen now depicts all of my  email, current and very old (before, the old deleted email was not visible unless "deleted" email was highlighted) and the highlighted email shows up on the screen. Before, I could delete unwanted, unread email without looking at it.
