I am looking to create a diorama of sorts.  What I am envisioning is a JPG background with a transparent PNG image in the foreground.  And I'd like to apply separate animations to each.  For instance, you have an image of a forest shifting to the left and a PNG image of a man shifting to the right.  The effect gives the appearance of a man walking through the forest.  A similar example would include an image of the sky moving to the left while a plane in the foreground moves to the right.  Can this be done in Move Maker?  I'd settle for only the background image shifting with a static foreground image (or vice versa) if that's a limitation.
