I'm with most people on this...I was switched to Outlook all of a sudden last week, and now I can't find anything - my Contacts list has disappeared (so I can't forward e-mails), I click on 'bold', italic' etc and nothing happens...and clicking on 'Attach' achieves nothing! Grrrrrrr - give us back Hotmail!
