Help!

at least 3 time a week I have been receiving email from different address from outlook.com with the following msg

"

We are displaying here to make sure and make sure you are satisfied with precedent shipment
Shipments promptly arrived to My address"

some how they have my address and the frustrating part is that if I block the outlook.com I will not get the emails from outlook.com in case I need to reset or outlook needs to contact me.

what should I do???????????
